Each inflatable has its own 6-hour price. Extra hours are $25 each on every inflatable.

We want our pricing to be:

Most customers only need a standard 6-hour rental. But if your party runs longer, you can simply add extra hours instead of paying immediately for a full second day.

Once the rental becomes long enough, our system automatically switches you to the discounted 2-day pricing — which is usually the better deal anyway.

• Pricing is based on the event start and end times you select at checkout. Delivery and setup happen before your start time and are not counted.
• Rentals longer than 9 hours automatically switch to the 2-Day Rate

🌙 Hosting an Evening Event?

Standard pickup is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Customers may also choose our Late Pickup Option for an additional $75 fee, which guarantees pickup after 7:00 PM.

❓ Does the Late Pickup Fee Include Additional Rental Hours?

No. The Late Pickup Fee is separate from hourly rental extensions.

Additional hourly charges apply based on how long your event runs beyond the included 6 hours. The late pickup fee covers the added labor, scheduling, and logistics associated with evening pickups.

This policy helps us fairly manage staffing, routing, and equipment availability while continuing to provide flexible scheduling options for our customers.

📆 What is a 1-Day Rental?

A 1-Day Rental includes delivery, setup, and pickup on the same day.

• Delivery Window: Typically between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Pickup Window: Typically between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

You will receive your inflatable sometime within the delivery window, and it will be picked up sometime within the pickup window.

All rentals include 6 hours of event time, counted from the event start time you choose at checkout. Need more? Add up to 3 extra hours at $25 each. Delivery and pickup windows may vary based on routing, traffic, weather, and daily scheduling.

We do our best to accommodate requests, but exact times are not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

If you have a specific schedule (e.g., party ends at 6:30 PM), we recommend selecting one of the options below.

Your event is considered complete when your selected end time is reached.

To keep our schedule running smoothly for all customers:

• Equipment must be ready for pickup at that time
• We cannot delay pickups unless a late pickup option has been added

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

• Delivery Window: Typically between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of your event

• Pickup Window: Typically between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on the scheduled pickup day

• Late Pickup (+$75): Guarantees pickup after 7:00 PM

• Priority Delivery (+$50): Guarantees delivery before 9:00 AM

Exact delivery and pickup times may vary based on route scheduling, location, and volume of bookings.

• Total added: $150

☀️ What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Safety is our absolute number one priority! For the safety of your guests, our inflatables cannot be operated in heavy rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 15 mph.

We want your experience to be completely stress-free. If severe weather is threatening your big day, you can cancel your rental up until 6:00 AM the morning of your event for a 100% full refund, a free reschedule, or a Bounce Credit for a future rental. No hassle, no penalty.

⛈️ What if we cancel because of unsafe weather?

If our team determines that conditions are unsafe before setup, we will contact you and you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

🚚 What if it starts raining after you setup?

Because we incur costs for preparation, loading, fuel, and setup labor, we cannot issue refunds or credits once your rental has been delivered and set up. If bad weather moves in during your party, our field crew or office team will instruct you on how to safely clear and temporarily deflate the unit until the storm passes. We highly recommend keeping a close eye on the local radar the night before so you can make your final call before the 6:00 AM deadline!

💨 How do you monitor wind and storms?

Our team actively tracks local weather applications and site conditions leading up to your event. On-site, our delivery operators have the final authority to determine if a setup is safe. If we see that conditions are tracking to be unsafe before we leave our warehouse, we will proactively reach out to you to discuss your options!
