This was my first time renting from Bounce NC and it was fantastic. There was great communication about needing to adjust drop off and pick up times because of traffic and location of other deliveries. All three of the team members were nice and professional. Set up and tear down were both very quick. I will be renting from Bounce NC again in the future.

From start to finish, my experience with Bounce NC was excellent. Their website was clean and easy to navigate, making the booking process a breeze. Communication was top-notch, whether by phone or email, they were always responsive and professional. The owner was genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, which made the whole process feel personal rather than transactional. Great bounce house! I rented it for a fundraiser and the kids loved it. They were very accommodating to our needs and I would definitely recommend them!!

Booking was easy but when it came down to the day of the event we received a phone call stating that the equipment couldn’t be delivered due to the wind and weather conditions. HOWEVER the an informed me that he was keeping track of the weather since the day before in hopes of no cancellations. If that were the case I would have expected a phone call the day before to allow me to have an expectation that there might be a cancellation not the day of the party. This was supposed to be the man event it wasn’t enough notice at all and was a huge inconvenience for my son’s party . The weather was not bad at all and the winds were not strong . Because I called multiple of the companies and all were willing to come out . We were able to rent one but of course wasn’t the one we wanted nor went with the theme of the party . I did receive my 80$ deposit back within 48hours but I DO NOT recommend this to anyone for future party events !
